T minus 1 month

4 weeks to my first sportive. An increase in training intensity is called for, especially as I've had a week off the bike to make sure my hamstring has recovered.

Distance cycled: 270km
Total climbing: 2,231m
Weight: 76.5kg
Resting HR: 50bpm
